Variations in Handmade Paper
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our handmade paper stock, product characteristics may vary widely. Variations in size, shape, color, printability and performance of handmade paper is to be expected. This irregularity may extend to any and all artwork or designs printed on our handmade paper through any and all print methods. We consider this to be a positive characteristic and as such make no guarantee of a specific color, shape, size or performance of any handmade paper products.

Prices listed within our website are subject to change without notice.
Despite our best efforts, items on the Website may occasionally be listed incorrectly. Paperdom has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If the order is cancelled after payment has already been made, you will be credited immediately in the original amount and form of payment.
All references to Rupee on this website are in Indian currency. Indian prices are different to International prices due to taxes/duties , and the laws of the countries they have been bought from. In cases of International shipping , prices may vary when logging into the site from different postal codes and locations. Prices are subject to change at any time , without any notifications. All rights to change prices are reserved by Paperdom.
Prices of products available at retail outlets are only available within India. No product can be sold for Indian prices outside the country.

Covid-19 Information:
There may be a delay in delivering orders during times when the impact of the pandemic increases or there is partial lockdown as during that period, most of our courier partners have limited operations and are short staffed. We will be constantly monitoring the situation and working with our courier partners to get your orders delivered as soon as possible.

The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
All prices, unless indicated otherwise, are in Indian Rupees.
By indicating user's acceptance to purchase any product or service offered on the site, the user is obligated to complete such transactions. Users shall prohibit from indicating its acceptance to purchase products and services where it does not intend to complete such transactions.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Paperdom will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery.
- In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
- Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Paperdom. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by us against your order. Paperdom shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Paperdom.
- The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Paperdom reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Paperdom has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available on this website and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
- Delivery of orders would be done address specific and not person specific.
- Octroi charges may be levied on few destinations (mostly in Maharashtra) displayed on the site. These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded.
- All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Paperdom is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.
Free Shipping Terms:
Domestic Orders: Free shipping on all retail orders above ₹1500.
It’s important to remember that the order total (after any discount) should be INR 1500 or more. For orders <INR 1500, a flat shipping charge of INR 100 will be added.
Returns & Exchanges:
Paperdom acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between us and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
A purchase is eligible for return or exchange if and only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered ( i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email).
- If the product received has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
- If the product has been hampered or damaged while in transit.
In case of the above stated conditions, the customer MUST notify us by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and we shall arrange a return pick-up of the package. The customer should ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging, else Paperdom will not be liable to accept the merchandise.
In such cases, the customer will have to write in to help@paperdom.in with the following information:
- Order number
- Name of the product to be returned/exchanged (in case of multiple products in a single order)
- Delivery address
- The reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, kindly send us an image of the item.
After we have received the product at our warehouse, following a thorough inspection & quality check, we shall exchange your product for a brand new replacement or even a different product of the same or higher value (wherein the customer has to pay the difference amount) within 7 business days.
In case the customer does not wish for a replacement, he/she may request for a refund in the same email, and the amount would be refunded back to the customer's bank account within the next 5-7 business days. In this case, the customer needs to share their bank account details in the email.
Cancellation:
After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
In case of cancellation before dispatch, the paid amount would be refunded back to the customer's bank account within 5-7 business days.
Liability of Paperdom:
Your use of this website or any information on this website is entirely at your own risk. Paperdom makes no representation or warranty with respect to the accuracy, completeness, suitability, performance or timeliness of the information provided on this website. Paperdom excludes liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
