Shipping fee & time:
We offer free shipping for all of our domestic orders above INR 999! It’s important to remember that your product total (after any discount) should be INR 999 or more. For orders <INR 999, a flat shipping charge of INR 100 will be added.
- Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4-6 business days. Psst, we’d also like to remind you that Saturdays, Sundays and/or public holidays are not counted as business days.
- Delivery delays can (occasionally) occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Once orders have been shipped, they (unfortunately) can’t be cancelled.
Tracking the order:
Once your order is shipped, your tracking details are sent to you via a quick SMS and email. Should you have any questions about your order dispatch, you can email us at help@paperdom.in or simply call us on +91 76008 87025 (Mon – Fri | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST) and we’d guide you end-to-end!
Delivery & other such details:
If your order is based in India, we’d swiftly ship it through a courier partner. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice (make sure someone's around to receive it) before they return it to us!
Side note: Please provide a mobile number and your complete shipping address that includes your pin code. This will help us ensure a smooth(er) delivery of your order!
Returns & Exchanges:
Paperdom acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between us and the consumer. This only entails online sales, and (unfortunately) not through retail outlets. Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange if and only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you ( i.e., the product does not match the item in your order confirmation email).
- If the product you receive has a genuine ‘how-did-we-not-catch-it-before’ quality/manufacturing defect.
- If the product has been hampered or damaged while in transit.
In case of the above stated conditions, the customer MUST notify us by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and we shall arrange a return pick-up of the package. The customer should ensure that the product is sent to us in its original condition and packaging, else we shall not be liable to accept the merchandise.
In such cases, the customer will have to write in to help@paperdom.in with the following information:
- Order number
- Name of the product to be returned/exchanged (in case of multiple products in a single order)
- Delivery address
- The reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, kindly send us an image of the item.
After we have received the product at our warehouse, following a thorough inspection & quality check, we shall exchange your product for a brand new replacement or even a different product of the same or higher value (wherein you pay the difference amount) within 7 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: In case you do not wish for a replacement for the wrong/damaged product, you may request for a refund in the same email, and the amount would be refunded back to your bank account within the next 5-7 business days. In this case, kindly share your bank account details in the email.
Order cancellation:
- After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order ONLY if the order has not been dispatched yet. In this case the paid amount would be refunded back to your bank account within the next 5-7 business days.
- P.S. - We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- In case you have ordered a product by mistake, you need to cancel the complete order before the package has been dispatched, and place a new order if you’d like.
